The conference is organised by Professor Yaniv Roznai, The Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya and Professor Christoph Bezemek, University of Graz, Faculty of Law. The panels look at different aspects and focus on – among others – “Theory and Reasoning”, “Divided Societies” or “National and International Tribunals”.
Professor Iris Eisenberger will be chairing the panel on “Theory and Reasoning” with talks by Carolina Alves das Chagas, University of Graz, Cristiano de Aguiar Portela Moita, Faculty of Law, Centro Universitário Unichristus, Ioannis A. Tassopoulos, University of Athens and Milton César Jiménez Ramírez, University of Caldas.
