Professor Iris Eisenberger will be talking about „Human Rights Requirements and Statistical Modelling” as part of the „Digital Governance in the Times of Covid-19” Conference.
The conference is organized by the Bar-Ilan University’s Faculty of Law and takes place from 17-18 February 2021 online and will explore digital policy, speech governance by AI, building data infrastructure to prevent pandemics, digitalization of legislatures, online courts, and more.

At the Department Eisenberger, the project "REASON - Legal Requirements for Statistical Modelling", which is funded by the Province of Styria, deals with legal issues related to modelling. The project is part of the Field of Excellence “Smart Regulation” at the University of Graz.
