Paul Schweighofer

Paul Schweighofer has been a research associate with Prof. Dr Maria Bertel since November 2024. He originally trained as a construction technician specialising in timber construction. During his studies, he worked for several years at the Department of Public Law and Political Science and at the Department of Labour Law and Social Law. Most recently, he worked as a research assistant at the Research Centre for Climate Protection Law. His research focusses on international, European and national environmental, energy and climate protection law, with a particular focus on plant law.
