Raphael Ulbing

Raphael Ulbing joined the Institute for Public Law and Political Science as a research assistant and a PhD candidate in 2020. His research focuses on constitutional law, in particular on the law of state organization. In the course of his law studies, he gained experience at Sciences Po Paris and EHESS Paris. He furthermore worked for the Permanent Mission of Austria to the United Nations in New York City and for the Constitutional Service of the Federal Chancellery in Vienna. Beyond his recent teaching and research activities at the University of Graz, Raphael Ulbing is involved in the Austrian Red Cross where he takes an active part as a legal advisor.
