Research Team Stefan Storr

We deal with all questions of administrative law (administrative organisation, administrative procedure, legal protection), in particular public commercial law. Public commercial law includes, for example, regulatory law, trade law, the law of public enterprises, public procurement law, privatisation law and state aid law. A particular focus of our research and teaching is on current issues of energy law (law of sustainable energy generation, law of the energy transition, introduction of the hydrogen economy) in the Austrian and European context as well as the links to environmental law. Our research includes questions of digitalisation and the application of artificial intelligence in administration.
