Magdalena Eder
Magdalena Eder completed her law degree at the University of Graz and is studying environmental systems science. During her studies, she practised in several international commercial law firms in Austria and Germany in the fields of public law and legal tech. She also gained a lot of experience during her stay abroad in Sweden. Magdalena Eder has been working as a project assistant (Praedoc) at the Department of Public Law and Political Science since 2024.
Magdalena Eder's research questions primarily deal with the connection between artificial intelligence, automation, big data and Austrian and European fundamental rights. In this context, her interests also include constitutional and administrative law, in particular environmental law.
