Round Table ClimLaw: Climate and Environmental Law and Litigation in Cuba

Speaker: Univ.-Prof. Dr. Dagniselys Toledano
Dagniselys Toledano is a professor of law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Havana. She is a specialist in Cuban environmental, energy, climate and maritime law. Prof. Toledano is also an advocate for environmental law, maritime law, corporate law, commercial law and trade law. She has taught at the Universidad Bolivariana de Venezuela, Interamerican University of Puerto Rico and Vigo University in Spain. Now she teaches Cuban environmental, energy law and climate law at the Faculty of Law in Graz. Her legal research activities focus on environmental, energy, climate and maritime law.
