Research Area Klaus Poier

Klaus Poier and his team primarily deal with issues at the interface between public law and political science. The focus is on constitutional law, state organisation law, electoral law and democracy research as well as higher education law. Research and teaching are in the tradition of the Graz School of Legal Politics founded by Wolfgang Mantl, which is characterised by the joint treatment of legal and political science issues.
