Peter Mischkot
Mag. Peter Mischkot has been a research assistant in Prof. DDDr. Wieser’s research group at the Institute of Public Law and Political Science since early April 2026.
In his doctoral thesis, he compares the constitutions of Saudi Arabia, the Islamic Republic of Iran and North Korea against the backdrop of Karl Loewenstein’s ‘ontological classification’ of constitutions.
His research focuses on constitutional theory and comparative constitutional law.
Alongside his degree studies, he completed his training as a driving instructor and has several years’ teaching experience as well as in-depth knowledge of traffic law.
Alongside his studies, he also completed flight training, giving him, as a pilot, a good understanding of aviation law and further practical experience.
Finally, he has been volunteering with the Red Cross as a paramedic for the past 8 years.
