Module D

According to § 3 para. 2 of the curriculum, course A.4 "Introduction to Public Law" is a prerequisite for registration for courses D.2 and D.3 in module D. We therefore recommend that you use the learning materials specified for module A to review the material.

Module J

In accordance with § 3 Para. 2 of the curriculum, the entire Module D is a prerequisite for registration for the courses in Module J. We therefore recommend that you use the learning materials specified for Module D to repeat the material.

Oral examination VO Constitutional Law

The oral examinations for the winter semester 2024/2025 will take place from 2 December 2024 , 20 January 2025 and 11 March 2025. (Prof. Scholz must already examine at the end of February 2025 for organisational reasons).

Registration for the examination is possible up to one week before the start of each examination date. The exact examination dates will be announced in good time.

The oral examinations for the summer semester 2025 will take place from 16 May 2025, 18 June 2025 and 1 October 2025.

Prof Lukan will no longer be examining in the summer semester 2025. Prof Bezemek will examine in his place. Prof Bezemek will also take over Prof Scholz's appointments in May and June.

The allocation of examiners is based on the last two digits of the matriculation numbers. Please register for the exam in UGO. For technical and organisational reasons, the dates in UGO are the so-called "ab" dates for all examiners .

  • 12 March 2025: 15.00 - 18.00; SR 15.43 / B4
  • 13 March 2025: 9.00 - 12.00 a.m.; SR 15.43 / B4

41 - 60: Prof Poier

  • Prof. Poier will examine in the week starting 11 March 2025

61 - 80: Prof. Scholz

  • 26 February 2025: 13.00 - 18.00; SR 15.34 / D3

The exact schedule will be published in due time.

 

81 - 00: Prof. Wieser

  • 11 March 2025: 15.30 - 18.00; SR 15.43
  • 12 March 2025: 16.00 - 17:30; SR 15.34

Important note: In the event of a negative oral examination, the first repetition must take place with the examiner of the first attempt. If the examiner allocation is not adhered to, the examination candidates will be deregistered by the secretariats.

 

Only references to standards and highlighting are permitted in the codex, but not other annotations of any kind, post-its, thumb indexes or similar.

For the "Introduction to Public Law" examination, only colour highlighting is permitted in the codex, otherwise no annotations of any kind, including references to standards.

 

Registration for the oral examination Module D.2 VO Constitutional Law

The examination in constitutional law must be taken orally and generally takes place in person. In the academic year, 3 dates are offered for the winter semester and 3 dates for the summer semester.
