“Algorithm-Based Law-Making and the Concept of Law” - Keynote address by Prof. Bezemek

On 2 September Prof. Bezemek delivered the virtual keynote on “Algorithm-Based Law-Making and the Concept of Law” at the Rule of Law Forum World Artificial Intelligence Conference 2022 in Shanghai. His main point: “Neither is law code, nor is code law”. The paper will be included in Vol III of the ‘Vienna Lectures on Legal Philosophy’, published with Hart in 2023.
